Dubbed the “King of Corners”: Lynk & Co (领克) 10 / 10+ officially launched with limited-time prices CNY 169,900–235,900

Rapid launch and positioning

Lynk & Co (领克) tonight unveiled the Lynk & Co 10 and the high-performance 10+ mid‑large electric sedans, positioning the new models as corner‑carving sport EVs. It has been reported that the cars are being marketed as the “弯道之王” — the “King of Corners.” Short on compromise, long on spectacle: one model promises daily usability, the other track-capable performance. Which will buyers pick?

Performance, battery and tech

The 10+ is built on a 900V high‑voltage architecture and uses a front‑rear dual‑motor intelligent four‑wheel‑drive system with a combined peak output reportedly up to 680 kW (925 hp). It adds bespoke performance kit — a carbon‑fiber spoiler, four‑piston yellow calipers, 21‑inch forged wheels — and a pulse‑yellow interior with sport buckets. The standard Lynk & Co 10 offers single‑motor versions with peak power of 300 kW or 370 kW (373 Nm / 535 Nm torque) and 0–100 km/h in 5.9s / 5.2s; CLTC range is quoted at 701 km or 816 km. The 10+ quotes 680 kW, 913 Nm, 0–100 km/h in 3.2s and a CLTC range of 536 km.

Battery and charging claims are central to the pitch: the 10 uses a 95° “shield” battery reportedly capable of adding the equivalent of 2 km of range per second of charging, and the range‑topping 816 km figure is claimed alongside a battery‑bottom impact test of 1,800 J. Both cars come with active CCD+ “magic carpet” suspension that adjusts damping up to 2,000 times per second and an ultra‑wide 100–7,000+ N dynamic adjustment range. Features include simulated engine sound, one‑button drift, and the 10+ adds one‑button launch with millisecond front/rear torque transfer. Interior tech is premium: 12.7‑inch instrument cluster, 25.6‑inch AR‑HUD, 15.4‑inch center screen running Flyme Auto 2 on an 8295 chip, plus a 23‑speaker 7.1.4 audio system delivering 1,600 W.

Pricing and wider context

It has been reported that Lynk & Co has opened limited‑time launch pricing from CNY 169,900 to CNY 235,900. Initial launch offers list the 701 Long‑range Max at a guide price of CNY 183,900 with a launch price of CNY 169,900; the 701 Long‑range Ultra at guide CNY 189,900 and launch CNY 175,900; and the 816 Ultra at guide CNY 205,900 and launch CNY 191,900. The 10+ sits at the top of the range with performance‑centric extras.

This release underscores how Chinese OEMs are pushing advanced high‑voltage platforms, fast‑charging capability and performance packaging as they compete at home and eye global markets. Against a backdrop of trade frictions and technology competition, China’s EV makers are betting that better batteries and differentiated hardware will help them leap ahead — and turn corners while they’re at it.
