10 Million Tokens Free per Person — National Supercomputing Internet (国家超算互联网) Grants Two-Week Benefits to OpenClaw Users

What happened

The National Supercomputing Internet (国家超算互联网) announced a limited-time offer granting each platform OpenClaw user 10 million free Tokens to be used over two weeks. The platform also published OpenClaw token top-up pricing, with a reported minimum of 0.1 yuan per million Tokens — a steep discount versus prevailing market rates — aimed at lowering the cost barrier for AI agent experiments and broader application adoption.

Why it matters

OpenClaw, an open-source AI agent project nicknamed “龙虾,” has surged in developer communities worldwide. But autonomous agents chew through Tokens far faster than traditional chat models. Who pays for that runaway compute bill — hobbyists, researchers or small businesses? Industry estimates suggest mature agents can consume tens of times more Tokens per day than conventional conversational models, and it has been reported that rising compute costs are becoming a significant barrier to individual and small‑scale adoption.

How to claim and the broader context

Users can claim the grant by logging into the National Supercomputing Internet portal (www.scnet.cn), navigating to the Chat interface and using the one‑click deployment for OpenClaw; the system will automatically issue the 10 million Tokens and users can monitor remaining balances via Chat → Model API → Usage Information. The platform says OpenClaw is now “out‑of‑the‑box” ready, removing complex setup steps. It has been reported that the initiative is supported by Sugon (中科曙光)’s scaleX multi‑card supercluster and operates under Ministry of Science and Technology guidance; Beijing is clearly pushing to turn domestic compute into a utility — partly in response to global chip export controls — so that AI compute can “flow like water and electricity” across the country.
