Regulatory scrutiny, intellectual property questions and the challenge of retaining experienced engineers pose real obstacles to teenage founders aspiring to build durable companies. It has been reported that investors are increasingly selective about which youth‑led teams they back, favoring clear product‑market fit and governance plans.
